Course Description

This course provides an overview of the basic concepts and benefits of a "Lean" implementation to allow the participant a basis for evaluating the various techniques, successfully used at Toyota Motor Corporation and now referred to as the Lean Manufacturing program, to add value, cost reduction and improve quality in manufacturing processes.
