This course provides an overview of the basic concepts and benefits of a Six Sigma Program implementation to allow the participant a basis for evaluating the Six Sigma techniques value to improve business performance and a basis evaluate which improvement project are high potential returns on investment.

The overview has been developed to help organizations understand using Six Sigma techniques as a method to reach their goal of Total Customer Satisfaction goals through achieving high levels of quality.
