This workbook provides an overview of the process for the control and calibration of measuring, inspection and test equipment. The overall intent of this workbook is to serve as a supporting tool to assist in the implementation of a calibration and measurement system as required by most Business Systems.  It explains why an effective calibration system is important, its benefits and what to expect when it is implemented.  This document also introduces the Software Calibration Management.
