Purchase Instructions:

Select items to add to the shopping card for order processing
- Select "Pay On-line" or "Pay Off-line" and provide customer information
- No financial information is required until you are connected to the secure server at Payment Service Network
When selecting "Pay On-line", the complete payment processing can be accomplished by two methods
- Automatic processing of your order by Payment Services Network (PSN) over their secure server currently for Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, ATM Bank debit cards, and electronic check.
- Upon payment processing approval an E-mail confirmation from PSN will be sent
- All correspondence will be via the E-mail address with invoice number used when confirming the order
  - Your E-mail address and invoice number will be used to validate all transactions for follow-up support and inquiries for PSN and CAPTech accounts.
You will receive the passwords to access the downloadable files you have purchased.
You will receive a web training session number and logon password for Web conference session from CAPTech.
You will receive live training session location and logistic details for public or in-house training session(s) purchased
If you have selected the CD format option, the downloadable files are available after the approval confirmation and the CD will be mailed out you in 5-7 working days.
If you select "Pay Off-line", conventional paper check or company Purchase Order as a method of payment, the order confirmation will be processed in 5-7 working days after receipt of check or PO.

Training Registration (except self study materials):

Use the PRE-REGISTRATION ON-LINE FORM without payment to tentatively reserve and confirm your preferred course, date and location has available open seating. You will receive a confirmation of your preference or alternatives, if the class is full. Alternatively you can pre-register by fax (910-799-6407) or email include your contact information, course title, date and location preference.
Courses paid in full 21 days prior to the class date qualify for a Early Registration Discount of 10%. Call for the discount code for on-line purchase. The discount is entered at the checkout page and will be applied and computed on the total at that time.
Participant course pre-registrations not paid in full 5 days prior, lose their confirmed seating, unless other arraignments are made and confirmed in writing. Will make every effort to accommodate special cases, should they arise.
CAPTech reserves the right to cancel training sessions for circumstances beyond our control.
- In these cases a full refund, reschedule, or credit applied to another session will be offered to ensure maximum accommodations for the in convenience created.
Participant cancellations are permitted under the following provisions:
- More than 30 days a full refund minus any processing fees, if any apply from Payment Service Network will be honored.
- More than 30 days a full credit can be applied to any other session or self-study materials or the session can be transferred to another participant.
- Less than 30 days up to 5 days before the session a 50% cancellation service charge applies or substitution can be made, when submitted in writing indicating the new student contact information
- No refund for less than 5 days advance notice of participant cancellation or substitution can be made, when submitted in writing indicating the new student contact information
Emergency or hardship cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis to provide maximum accommodation for the circumstance.
Participants are strongly advised to logon the web conference host site (www.webex.com) to test their computer system for logon, connectivity, compatibility and response time issues. This check generally takes about 5-10 minutes. Webex also provides customer with courtesy support to resolve these type items to ensure that the web training experience is productive and trouble free. Example sessions are available to experience this type of live interactive session on their site for advance viewing and experience to become familiar with web conferencing as a first time user, prior to the CAPTech training session.

Downloadable files are “zipped” to minimize download times and are generally in one of the following formats which allow for access to fully customizable file:

Testing and Certificates for Continuous Professional Development (CPD), if ordered:

Upon completion of the self-study materials a challenge test can be ordered to test understanding and effectiveness of the training experience.
A Topic test (typically of 10-30 questions, multiple choice, T/F, some essay) will be mailed to you for completion.
Upon return of the completed test with an evaluated a of score 70% or higher, a personal certificate of completion with equivalent CPD class hours indicated, will be mailed to you within 7-10 working days.
One retest is permitted at no charge with a different challenge test; same scoring applies for certificate issuance.
Question and answer support continues to be available until the test has been issued and will resume after the test scoring for any ongoing follow-up issues.

Software downloads and CD format:

For most self - study materials are lengthy downloads even when in a "zipped" file format (3-5 megabits, >10-20minutes) without a high speed connection
The CD format option is an alternative, which is free, except for a minor shipping and handling fee added to the normal basic downloadable materials pricing for the service. This ensures easy use, installation, and the immediate backed up file protection of a separate CD copy. The CD option includes both downloadable access to the files and a mailed out copy of the file on CD.
CD FORMAT, available only at the time of initial order - download access is still available and included.
