Customer Surveying includes multiple dimensions of your customers experience
with your organization to capture their "view and perception" of
the total experience doing business with your organization. The independent
surveying will provide a non-bias collection and analysis of the data for
your organization from completely "turn key" to data collection
only. Options can include "mystery customer visits", follow-up improvement
action sessions based on results, or development of your staff to mange the
process in the long term. The surveying can be used for pure Customer issues,
improvement of Supplier relations and test marketing data feedback.

Screening and Personal Performance Survey:

employees. Surveying includes a formal report showing the degree of match
or mismatch against the "norm" for improved decision making regarding
